This is a general Q&A based on Ontario’s guidelines. Please refer to each venue’s policy on their website for information specific to the show you will be attending.
Vaccinations
All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot) and provide proof of vaccination – either a screenshot or receipt of vaccination and proof of ID. For patrons who received their vaccinations in Ontario, documents can be accessed at covid19.ontariohealth.ca/. Please click here for more information on vaccine requirements and medical vaccine exemptions.
What about the kids?
Any fans under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult with proof of full vaccination and proof of ID.
Unvaccinated fans 12 years of age and older will not be eligible for entry. For those with a medical reason for exemption, please visit the Ontario Ministry of Health website.
Masks
Masks must be worn at all times, including while seated. You must wear a mask that completely and snugly covers your nose, mouth and sits securely under your chin at all times. Neck gaiters; open-chin triangle bandanas; and face coverings containing valves are not acceptable forms of face coverings.
Physical Distancing
Please maintain a physical distance of 2 meters when possible including in queues inside and outside of the venue.
What about the church venues?
We have chosen to limit capacity to approx 75% of max capacity in the church venues (Port Hope, Guelph & Kingston) in order to give our patrons more breathing space. Please be mindful when choosing your seats to give space to the groups next to you.
Bag Policy
To limit fan touch points, bags are discouraged. Any purses or briefcases that are larger than 14”x14”x6” and all backpacks will not be allowed into the venue, unless it is a diaper bag. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the venue seats.
Venue Cleaning
Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout all venues. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue.
Health & Safety
If you feel sick, please stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19 which can include the following: congestion or runny nose, sore throat, fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
