Good Lovelies have announced a string of holiday shows for Ontario and Wakefield, QC! These shows will focus on the band’s considerable seasonal catalogue. To celebrate, the trio will release a new EP, Winter’s Calling. The EP features three original songs, “Ancient Forest,” “Winter’s Defeat” and “Under The Tree,” as well as Good Lovelies’ take on Gordon Lightfoot’s “Song For A Winter’s Night” and Sara Bareilles’ “Winter Song.” It’s a delicate collection perfectly suited to cold-weather contemplation, an anti-dote to all the jingling and ringing of the season.
Winter’s Calling will be available via digital partners, streaming services, and retailers on November 13. The release has previously only been available as a special off-stage item.
